Delivery time rule: We only ship to destinations where typical transit is 10 days or less. Regions with longer estimated delivery (for example Taiwan on current CJ lines) are not available at checkout.

Petova ships pet accessories to US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and Australia.

• Standard and expedited rates are shown at checkout based on your address.
• Australia is fulfilled from China via tracked dropshipping (typical quoted window 6–10 days on the current CJ line).
• Duties/taxes: if your country charges import duties, GST, or VAT on delivery (DDU), the buyer is responsible unless stated otherwise at checkout.
